Only concern was we received a message giving us directions to the pick up location but on arrival received another message saying the driver would meet us with a name on a sign at arrivals We couldn t see a driver with our name so headed for the pick up area where there are 2 pick up taxi stations next to each other and we asked at the first one and were told it s the next one The staff driver and taxi minibus were great it was just the 2 messages which overlapped and a bit confusing

This was my first time using Booking com to book a taxi from my hotel in Athens to Athens airport so I was a bit sceptical at first but it turned out to be a great experience completely stress free and hassle free The driver was very friendly and immediately made me feel at ease He walked into the hotel to collect me despite it being on a one way road and took care of my luggage He explained how long the journey would take and chatted throughout having a few good laughs which made the time pass quickly Overall it was a smooth and comfortable journey and excellent value for money Booking com saved me almost half of what it would have cost using taxi apps or a hotel taxi Thank you so much

Ni nos llegaron las maletas tuvimos que hacer una reclamaci n y la atenci n del la agencia de taxis fue buen sima nos estuvieron esperando hasta terminar con la reclamaci n aunque no hablo mucho ingl s ni griego nos hicimos entender de maravilla con el taxista fue muy atento y nos estuvo explicando todo el trayecto un poco de la historia de la ciudad la verdad que fue muy interesante y nos dio buenos consejos donde poder comer y visitar la verdad que de diez un se or muy muy atento

I had an excellent experience with the taxi booking overall However I ran into an issue when I tried to change the pickup time from the default 9 00 to 8 00 I couldn t update the time in the system so I had to cancel and immediately rebook for 8 00 Unfortunately the cancellation was non refundable I m a satisfied Booking com customer and appreciate your communication and service In this case I had no choice but to cancel to set the correct time I would be grateful if as a goodwill gesture you could waive the cancellation fee or provide a refund for this unnecessary cancellation Booking details ID 240620133 was cancelled ID 217609967 new booked on 16 1 26 Thank you for your understanding and assistance
